If your feet are as cracked as in the picture and you have diabetes, you really need to see a doctor. Because your nerves can be damaged, you may not truly know if you have an infection. Best to be on the safe side.

In reply to Nancy. Hi, Nancy! Without seeing your feet, I cannot say for sure if this is safe for you. If you have open sores, I would definitely say not to use it. Diabetes can cause you to not have much feeling in your feet, so it is very important to be careful not to injure or break your skin. :)
