I used almond flour instead of coconut, and it worked perfectly. I was anticipating a large amount of leftovers, as there are only 3 people in my family, but we ate all of it. Yes, there is a NOTE at the end of the recipe about this: ” I use 1 tablespoon of coconut flour as a binder. You can sub any flour that you have like almond or cassava, but you will have to use at 2-3 tablespoons of any other flour. Start with 2 and add another if mixture seems too sticky to roll.” Hope that helps. 🙂

Yes, but make sure to salt and drain out the moisture from the zucchini first of you might end up with soggy meatballs.
