Good morning, sunshine! Start your day with this creamy, bright, and refreshing smoothie.
I like to call this mango orange smoothie “sunshine in a glass.” With only 4 simple healthy ingredients, it’s the perfect addition to your breakfast or afternoon snack. Now that the weather is warmer, I find myself craving lighter foods. And this creamy delight is so perfectly fresh and satisfying.
Here’s what you’ll need:
….one fresh mango
….one small orange, tangerine, or clementine
….half of a banana
….coconut milk
That’s it. Nothing else. It’s like a fresh fruit explosion loaded with vitamin C. You are going to LOVE it. I promise!
I have to admit that even thought I like to eat local, seasonal produce, I have been going crazy over the fresh mangoes this year. They have been next level juicy and sweet. I just can’t get enough!
And if you want to supercharge your smoothie, here’s a few things I sometimes like to add:
…. a small knob of peeled fresh turmeric root (and a dash of black pepper. Read HERE why I do this.)
…..a small knob of peeled fresh ginger
…..a scoop of Vanilla Coconut Collagen (for a protein boost and an amazing vanilla flavor)
Have a glorious day and an amazing summer.

Katja
